Merging membership programmes for a major bank and grocery retailer

Business challenge

A major High Street bank in North America had an opportunity to build a commercial partnership with one of the country’s biggest grocers, creating an unrivalled customer membership programme.

Solution

Without sufficient detailed sector understanding of the data, insights, and communication needs of the grocer, Tecsa added the right experience to the mix.

Working closely with the bank’s in-house teams, Tecsa consultants galvanised efforts across Partnerships, Cards, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Strategy teams to develop the commercial partnership business case and operating model.

 

Results

A consumer launch of the programme is scheduled for 2021.
